Internal Operations Manager [Belgium]


 

Functie

  • You are responsible for the internal operational processes within our warm company, including HR, Finance and Administration;
  • You optimize these processes and ensure that all processes are managed in the right direction;
  • You have ultimate responsibility for the branches above
  • You keep a good overview of current processes and ensure thorough reporting to management and our mother company on Finance, HR and administration;
  • You are the main interface aligning our business processes with those of our mother company;
  • You are responsible for the preparation of our internal- and external audits;
  • You have a dynamic position where communication and proactive working are central;
  • You will mostly work with our Office Manager, External Operations Manager, Inimco
  • Management Team and your counterparts from our mother company.

Functie-eisen

  • We prefer someone who has some experience in a similar job and a good background in Finance and HR;
  • Someone with an eye for optimization and innovation around business processes;
  • We would also like to find someone who is administratively strong and likes to maintain structure;
  • Someone who likes to be in touch with all colleagues;
  • Someone who is accessible and correct, someone who can communicate with executives and management in an open, professional way and build bridges with other organizations;
  • Someone who is not afraid to make decisions;
  • Dutch and English are necessary, as we use these languages on a daily basis, German is a plus.
